It's a report that I can't do anything about, there is only one option. GMs don't do their job and punish him. This thread doesn't deserve to be closed until he is issued a warning atleast.

-Harrass= Calling someone out their name<--Demonic+Reflex. Constantly chasing every thread or reply I make<--Demonic+Reflex. Using bad language with bad grammar<--Most definentely Reflex+Kind of Demonic.
-An just because I have an opinion about you that might be something you don't like doesn't mean its harrassment. You just want to use the staff for there powers so you can get me muted or banned.
