| - shush Reflex, Anyways shadow if thats the case then I should have been dev a long time ago. May i add that you lie to shadow. Don't tell me okay I can be dev then never do anything, ofcourse you have nothing to say because you know your telling people lies too. That's so gay and I see 3 reasons why people leave this server.
Reason 1: You only choose people who gives you a good reason why they sould be whatever it is they want.
Reason 2: When people follow the rules, instead you want people who don't follow the rules.
Reason 3: Your choosing some TS that i think personally have nothing good to offer.
- Wanna know a secret? The success of making the best server is: No kids can apply-Age range 16+/Have to be capable of something that can help the server/Staff must be serious about there Job/Must be pro at what they do/Have to have perfect grammar in English+Other languages are not included && Most of all, Every Staff member must be capable of making something for the server. Doesn't mean sitting on your ass enjoying any staff position because of just because. No time for that.!
- I can only tell you what I think you should do bro, its your decision.
- I have owner of DG, owner of FG, owner of EG, & owner of old MG, also people who I used to work for in my hotmail contacts. We talk everyday bro. I don't discuss this server to them, but I talk to them about the things I see here. All they tell me is this gonna be a failed server, but I say f*** what they think or say. I like ShadowGunz, but its a lot of things that needs to be changed. I'm hoping you just figure out the keys of success of a Private Server.Added (11.09.2011, 9:37 PM)
