| Okay, I already made a post on his application. I realized shadow did NOT pick this fool as staff(Admin). He is abusing the power he has given to HIMSELF. Shadow did not give these powers to him, he is a hacker. He has not been seen in-game or seen on the forums, Therefore he has hacked either shadows account to make himself admin, or the server itself. Regardless he is admin, and hopefully shadow realizes his server has been hacked and the hacker made himself administrator.
