You want to use a Avatar/Signature.. but... is it to big?
You could try this to fix it....

1: You can resize it with programs like Photoshop/Paint.net/framework and other Design programs

2: You could use website like http://resizeimage.org/ http://www.resizeyourimage.com/ http://www.picresize.com/

3: if you still dont know{ even with this easy tutorial LOL!!!} you can ask me to do it

There are other options but this 3 are just 1 of the simples

ofc you can but its a little bit harder.. if you save it give it a name like...

But it'll still move even when my avatar or sig is in jpg. type?
