100% True +1 !, But ill also agree with Fraps, My timezone is Gmt+1 when im online No Gm's are online, and there are alot of Dutch Players, they got alot of questions because they just started, im like all the time busy helping them or awnsering their questions, ( its not that i hate that, i like it),
But you should be awared for that because many people who are joining the server and dont get the awnsers they need they are leaving thats one of the problems :X

| - Ookay? Its not even his place to be evaluating another staff. Your TS, basically your just trying out, I see if you were GM, then you could have something to say, until then I wouldnt worry about what another staff is doing unless they're TS like you Fraps.
