Why do Developers have forum power?
Why do Forum mods have in-game power with a limited forum power?
Why are people still staff while 80% of the community doesn't like the way he works yet nothing happend to change it?

Honestly, Shadow should give me more forum power's. The in-game powers are different but tbh, It's not needed, that's what the actual GameMaster's are for. I agree with both of you.
