I've heard from Shadow that you don't have to meet the requirement's except for the 100% english part.. I heard shadow saying that "How long you are on does not matter , there must be a good reason behind it" I swear that's what i heard.. And you could ask him. And hopefully he reply's .... Well . That's all . I hope you approve on this and if you dont! don't even reply back for post's.

You MUST meet the requirements. What you heard is wrong. Also, You used the same application as before, You should try re-making it and adding new things. You have used that app at least 3 times. Re-make it in about 3-5 days and apply again.
