| - Okay, Some people have came to me telling me that random people have told them they could make an application. My Advice to you guys is don't listen to them. I see a lot of garbage Threads/Apps. Some meet no requirements, some just recently joined forums just to make an Application. Some can't even explain themselves correctly or even give a good reason. It's sad!
- If your going to make an application have a motive and don't make one for no reason because you getting in others way that have a motive on being [TS] or [GM] or [FM] maybe even [DEV]. Stop making pointless applications An hopefully we get some great people who will not abuse when they get staff and won't be making LMS events everyday, an know the boundaries and can do their Job very well.
- To new [TS]: Better have a motive, An be serious about your job becuase I know its others out their they might can do a better Job, but be worthy an Prove them wrong an that your fit for your position.
