| Can you report someone for clearly not being damaged by a PB, rocket, or sprays if they got a low ping?
I PBED someone over 6 times and directly shot them with my RPG tons of times and they didn't die. I recorded and called them a godmoder, he/she said TY.
Again, I CLEARLY shot them, direct hit.
