| Can't start your Shadow GunZ? because it says: Gunz.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
How to fix:
Install .Net Framework 3.5 or higher/latest
Download here: http://filehippo.com/search?q=.net+frame
On that page, choose/click .NET Framework Version 3.5 SP1 or latest one.
Click Download Latest Version to start downloading.

in-game Loading Hang?
(for Windows xP) If the starting of in-game loading hang, press CTRL + ALT + DEL and Press Delete Key again.
(for Windows 7/Vista) press CTRL + ALT + DEL and Start Task Manager, try to end the process of Shadow GunZ.
