| You don't find it anywhere. You grade yourself on how much English you speak, Example: I'm american, I live in the USA, My % of English that i speak is 100%.

| That's actually not entirely accurate. There are some words in the English language that people still don't know. Plus some of the words we hear today we don't even pronounce right. For example, Detroit. It's actually pronounced "Day twoi" That's not the correct spelling, but if you say it like I spelled it, that is correct. It comes from the french language. Not to mention, 30% of our English language comes from the French. No one speaks 100% English.
I'm just being a bitch right now because I'm a grammar whore. DEAL WITH IT.

| Go watch some english movie (it must be new), and try to watch and listen, the movie must have no subtitle. % it on how you understand the movie you have watched.

| No it's spelled "Detroit" But the way you say it is the way I spelled it. If you know french you should know this. In french, we don't have O-I-T sounds. When you say "Detroit" the ending should be said almost like saying "3" in french.
