Router: * Try Unplug the main connection cord and wait for 30 secs and securely insert it back * Restart your router and wait for 10 sec then open up internet * Maybe turn it off for awhile Overheat. * Cords lose Connection Cord: * Cord connection not securely inserted * Maybe a bit of your cord is snapped or broken which cause lag or disconnection * Try unplug and wait for 30 sec then re-plug Computer/Game: * Re-install your game with new save dll/sys (delete the file from shadowgunz before re-install) * Restart your computer without the connection cord plugged * Update your client and reboot your computer before opening the game * Check connection bar for any distractions
